Small systems that run the admin loops your staff keep doing by hand.
Euriko builds automation for small professional-service firms. The work is the repetitive, deadline-driven kind: chasing, checking, nudging, reconciling. Each system is built for one firm, runs on its own, and does one job properly.
Currently: records chasing for MTD quarterly updates
Every quarter someone at the practice checks which clients have sent their records and nudges the rest. The chase runs that loop for you. It sends the first request, reads the replies, stops for the clients whose records arrive, and keeps going with the ones who haven't. Nothing touches your filing or your software.
This is what your clients receive:
Subject: Your records for 6 April to 5 July
Hi Sarah,
Your next quarterly update is due on 7 August. Could you send over your income and expense records for 6 April to 5 July when you have a moment? A photo of receipts, a spreadsheet or a bank export all work.
If you've already sent them, ignore this.
Thanks,
Your firm name
How it runs:
- The first request goes to every client on the list.
- Replies are read. A client who sends records, or says they're on the way, is marked done.
- The rest get a follow-up after a set gap, in plainer words each time.
- You receive a short list of who is still outstanding, and nothing else.
From £1,000, depending on scope.
